As part of our aim to continuously improve our practice and the care we provide we always try to ask our patients for feedback. We do this by advertising our friends and family test around practice and sending these out after appointments, a yearly survey, a quarterly patient participation group and NHS online reviews. Below is a selection of reviews we have received.

2024
January – 70.4% of our reviews rated the practice as ‘very good’.

- “This is only my 3rd visit to the surgery and find all staff helpful I am deaf so when the screen is out of order the GPS or nurse always speak clearly which when you rely on lipreading is very much appreciated”

- “I was able to get through the telephone call system quickly and was 3rd in the queue to be answered. The receptionist was thorough in her questions and arranged a phone call for that morning. Approx 1 hour later the triage call arrived and I answered everything necessary to allow the Primary Care Nurse to help me, writing a prescription for pain relief and a referral to the MSK department. This all was done smoothly so Thankyou White House Surgery Staff for my treatment today.”
