As part of our aim to continuously improve our practice and the care we provide we always try to ask our patients for feedback. We do this by advertising our friends and family test around practice and sending these out after appointments, a yearly survey, a quarterly patient participation group and NHS online reviews. Below is a selection of reviews we have received.

January – 70.4% of our reviews rated the practice as ‘very good’.

February – 78.9% of our reviews rated the practice as ‘very good’.

  • “I found staff to be very considerate and informativeā€¦. and also, I feel staff at the Whitehouse Surgery, care not only about the health of their patients but about their wellbeing too, and that is very much appreciated.”
  • “This is only my 3rd visit to the surgery  and find all staff helpful I am deaf so when the screen is out of order the GPS or nurse always speak clearly which when you rely on lipreading is very much appreciated”

March – 64% of our reviews rated the practice as ‘very good’.
