Appointments

Urgent appointments

To request an urgent appointment for the same day (Monday to Friday):

  • If you require an URGENT appointment you will need to visit or telephone the surgery between 8:00am – 9:30am so our reception team can book you an appointment with our urgent care team or navigate you to a more appropriate service where appropriate.

When you get in touch, our reception team has been told to ask what you need help with so they can best navigate your care.

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

For some acute illnesses, our reception team may suggest you visit a local pharmacy for care under the Pharmacy First scheme. Find out more about this service here.
