Missed Appointments

In February, over 230 appointments were missed with a member of our clinical team. That’s almost 60 hours of clinician time! Missed appointments are sometimes caused by a last-minute change and we understand this can happen. However, if you notify us as soon as you can, we can offer the appointment to another patient and reduce the number of patients waiting for an appointment.
