Adult ASD and ADHD Support Hub

The Adult Autism and ADHD Support Hub offers free support to autistic people and those with ADHD, aged 16 and above, and their (informal) carers and families. It is run as part of the Sheffield Mental Health Matters Support Hub. Their range of support includes confidence building, family or employment support, information around diagnosis and more.

You don’t need a formal diagnosis to access support through the hub and support is also available to those awaiting diagnosis or on a pathway to diagnosis.
