Missed Appointments For July

Over 200 appointments were missed with a member of our clinical team in July. That’s 50 hours of a clinician’s time! Last minute changes can be unavoidable but notifying us as soon as possible means we may be able to offer the appointment to another patient. This helps to reduce the number of patients waiting for an appointment.
